Pain-Free Guarantee
We believe in the high quality of our products and their effectiveness. If you follow the full 5-Day Treatment plan and your pain does not improve, get in touch for a full refund. Simple.

30 Days To Change Your Mind | Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the package is un-opened and has not been tampered with in any way.

Returns
If there's any problem with your order, your first step is to reach out via email info@wiscare.com.au to let us know about it!

We might ask for a receipt or proof of purchase if we can't find your order with the details given (such as a different name or email address.) For refund or exchange, we’ll ask you to send the product back to us in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.

If something is damaged and you send us a photo, you probably won't have to send it back. Remember, we can’t accept returns if you’ve already opened or used part of the product.

If more than 30 days have passed since placing your order, items are not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error, refund or exchange will be at our discretion. We'll try to help as best we can. 

Exchange
If you want to exchange your item, we'll ask you to send your original item back to us. If you send a photo of the postage receipt, we can send your replacement within 2 business days! There's no need to wait for your one to arrive.

Refunds
If granted a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. (Usually faster, just depends on your bank.)

Shipping
If you're asked to return your product to us, such as for exchange, please send it to: Wiscare Returns, PO Box 1138, West Leederville, WA 6007, Australia.

You'll have to pay shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using trackable postage just to be on the safe side.
