How to Use Wiscare

Wiscare Cleansing Protocol

Morning and night after brushing:

1. Tilt bottle as required and withdraw 1 syringe of antibacterial mouthwash

2. Rinse the area gently and spit

3. Using your Wiscare toothbrush, clean around the area for 90 seconds

4. Rinse the area again with a second syringe of antibacterial mouthwash, swirling in your mouth for 60 seconds before spitting

After eating:

After eating any food, dissolve 1 Wiscare cleansing mouthwash tablet in half a cup of water, rinse for 60 seconds and spit

Ice Pack:

Hold ice pack against wisdom tooth area of the jaw twice a day for 15 minutes
